I deposited 200 Euros and chose randomly between 9 different investments (25 each). I fully lost the 240 Euros (40 bonus) in one day which is impossible and they dont give money back. me if you want proof. Never trust Eztrader or optionavigator. They are the same thing and just fully stealing any money you place with them. If you want to withdraw they make it so hard (a list of 5 documentations they need) which makes it impossible and if you have less than 100 Euros you can not withdraw. Go buy yourself something nice with your spare money or just give it to orphanages and never give it to these thieves, its no fun. They live off our money and laugh at us.

wall I had a idea I thought I would start trading saw the ez trader site and this appealed to me.
I opened an account to see how it worked on 06/12/2014.
this was a Saturday night i didn’t relies that i needed to deposit £200 to open an account but i had entered my bank details and it was debuted striate away.
so account was open and im £200 down.
as i say its saterday night not a lot to look at as trading is only open Monday to Friday.
so i started read some revues.
withdrawing money comes up a lot, and this is a problem for me,
I thought I will withdraw my deposit and see if I get it back as fast as it was taken as this money was for Christmas presents for my children.
not spare cash i was planning on trading in the new year and was only doing some research.
i had a call Monday morning from ez trader i explained this and the guy ed me a link to customer support , i ed them explained the situation and this is what i was ed :
In order to deposit with us you need to type in the card information etc, I doubt it that you werent aware that you’ll be getting charged? In any case, the entire purpose of depositing and trading binary options - IS to make more money so you have better presents to get!
If however you are adamant on withdrawing, you must know the following :
1) we can send you either 180 pound or - you can trade 3 times. Terms&Conditions: “Withdrawal is not possible without performing at least 3 transactions in the system, or paying 10% of the initial deposit, which is to be considered as a fee as per defrayal costs”
2) These are the documents we require is to verify your identity. We are a company that is rigorously regulated and we must go by Cycec’s terms. Our Finance Department needs the following documentation for each and every withdrawal:
* A copy front and back of the credit card used when made the deposit, (we just need to see the last 4 digits).
* A copy of your photo ID or driver’s license OR passport for verification.
* Proof of residence is needed to verify the account. Please be advised that the address on the Identification/utility bills etc. sent MUST match the address on the trading account.
so i don’t think i will be trading with ez trader in the new year.
whats the point if you cant get the money you paid in out.

EZtrader was not helpful at all it felt like they was laughing at my expense I gave them 30 days to return my money and had no reasonable reply so I contacted the regulators they are registered with Cysec on there web site they have a complaint form I filled the form out and submitted it.
I had a refund in full back in my bank with in 60 days of the original deposit.
SO TO GET A REFUND GO TO cysec. gov. cy.
As I mentioned to you on the mail , I’m sorry but I don’t see the problem. The required documents are necessary in order be in compliance with the regulator, CySEC, and with anti-money laundering laws. Regarding the 10% fee, this is the company policy which was written clearly in our T&C.
Started to trade with EZTrader a few months ago. Very pleased with the lessons I’ve got from my account manager.
It’s not easy but you have to invest time in it.
Ive tried to withdraw my money for 2 years. Now I saw that they have made partnership with Swedish football team AIK. Im surprised how a quite well known football team doesnt make any inquire of whom they recommend and have as partners. This is now a well known fraud, you only have to google them to get to know who they are. The latest news about my money is that they have confisqated them since I´ve not been on the site for 7 months. So thats what they are waiting for. You who want your money back, you must frequently visit your account otherwise they “legally” take it anyway. I dont believe that a normal company would have such restraints for customers. If I buy an economic intstrument it will not get worthless without the company go bancrupt. EZ trader seems to get fatter and fatter as the fraud goes on.
Tonight I made a donation of my money at EZtrader to Swedish football team AIK if they can make the withdrawal. I mean they are parters and all. It was 10025 swedish krona wich is about 1315 dollars today the 15 dec 20014.
If I understands correctly, your account has not been active for 7 months, which according to our T&C made it dormant: eztrader/en/TermsAndConditions. aspx.
“If you haven’t done any transaction in your trading account within a 7 month period, your account will become “dormant”. Dormant accounts are charged with a 100% maintenance fee, based on account balance. The fee will be applied at the end of the 7th month, following the last recorded transaction.”
These are the rules but we are definitely not “waiting for it”. We send several reminders before it happens, but sadly these reminders didn’t followed by any action from you.

I fell very bad when I see brokers trying to lure people into parting with their money by posting false statement of trades.
Today is March 27th 2015 and Option Navigator claimed to have executed trades like EURUSD BY 21.23 1.37963. This is unbelievable how on earth would you go to the extent of forging tables all in the name of scamming people.

Regarding OptioNavigator – This company is just one of many companies EZTrader is working with. We can’t guarantee their promises.
I agree with Zorro. The OptioNavigator trading bot is a scam with a success ratio way below 50/50 pure chance. In fact, with a success rate as low as 1 : 10 it could be considered positively loaded against the trader & with trading history altered & sometimes deleted it could be argued fraudulent!
As for the reluctance of EZ Trader to return your money, their withdrawal procedure is complicated with obstacles to prevent you receiving it. They never returned my money – outright theft!

This company makes money this way: You make deposit and they give you a bonus. The more money you deposit the bigger the bonus. Now comes the catch. Before you can withdraw any money you must trade 25 times value of the bonus they gave you. So you have a choice either try to trade 25 times of the bonus before you lose all you money or leave it and lose your money anyway. EZtrader actually make money on people who lose all their money with them or just give up the case.
What I am trying to do now is to find as many people with same experience as possible and file a class action/ group litigation and get our money back and take this company down. Join our cause and stop these fraudsters.

They let you win in the first week, they give you even a bonus and then they take all your money! In my case I was sick for a very long period, they did de-activate my account and took all my money.

1) DO NOT under any circumstances accept a BONUS, they will try and add one without your consent, under the excuse they are trying to help by providing more money for you to use.
2) At NO point during the conversation do they state that you must read their terms and conditions, especially concerning Bonus and Withdrawl.

4) The implication is that you are trading live markets, (You are NOT) you are trading against the company EZTrader.
5) If you check their graphs against real time graphs, you will see they are NOT the same, EZ Trader seems to be in a completely different time zone.
6) Striking a price, if you use their graph to place a trade, you will find that the price on the graph does NOT match the strike price in their placement panel on the left, often it is at a price that will create a losing trade, hence, you will loose.
7) When there are good trading opportunities, they will frequently prevent trades being placed, by displaying a warning notice which appears AFTER you have tried to strike a trade.
8) They do not respond positively to any e-mails, (if you get a response at all)they become very aggressive, when it is pointed out about the price difference between the graph and strike, they simply state, you must check the price being offer NOT the price on the graph. Is this explained to you when you open an account NO.
9) when you raise the question regarding Bonus, they simply state ” Read the terms and conditions they are available on the site” which they are, but, when you are opening an account, they do NOT offer this advice, they make it sound as though they are your generous buddies.
10) To convince you to open an account they will send you screen shots of various traders, and the huge success they are having, this is all bull shit, they are taken out of context and if you check the dates they are old.

1. The Bonus is only to force the traders to trade more because if you Know that over time they will finally loose.
The reason is that you manipulates the strike prices and have manipulate the past experis. You also stop trades to trade on good trades. If someone Wanås to stop the T & C gives to x% of the winning trades due to the amount of bonus the have been fraud to take.
2. You can enter your website with prehatch boxes wish is banned in EU. When you are deposit the money and get the bonus the Box is prehatch. How have accepted the T & C? Answer… عندك.

4.Its not on the live market. Its a bet between you, Eztrader, and the customer. One loose.. The other win. Reda you Sec filling form 10-12G/A.

For you how dont know the Sec filling form 10-12G/A is a document that Eztrader has to fill in and send to US Sec. In the form the explain how there buissness works. So you are in total control over your graphs.

About your regulation. If CySEC would be able to work faster and if all customers that have been fraud send in a complaint you would´t be regulated. The problem is also that people don´t know that they have to send in a complaint to CySEC otherwise the will not found out. The second problem is that most of your customer haven´t realized that they have been fraud.

I hope you realize that nobody that have really have deposit money, thought that have used legal regulated services that was illegal that’s equal as taking the traders money and put in there own pockets and event made some trade by them self, really wood believe you. I live in the United States and I opened and funded an account with EzTrader. When I went to make a trade, I was blocked by the United States Government to access EzTrader. After the shock of this notice and thinking my money I deposited was lost, I sent a request for a refund of my deposit and to please close the account. I attached the message that I received from the USA embargo of their brokerage company. Within days I received a message that I would be refunded and by the end of the week I my bank account credited my full investment originally structured with EzTrader.
I’m writing this to help support a brokerage company that was fair in there dealings with me. Maybe they are seriously trying to change their image. If, in the future this USA embargo lifted, I would again invest with this brokerage company, just on the simple fact of how they treated me.
All that EZTrader is a cleverly worded contract that has been developed to trap peoples’ money after they have been drawn in by one of the many clever marketing sites on the internet.
Personally I spent around an hour researching an affiliate website of theirs and came to the conclusion that nobody could be so evil as to take advantage of people to that level. To create 10s of websites and use sales and marketing techniques purely to take non-experts money.
And to be fair the affiliate website didn’t take my money… EZTrader seem to be looking after it form me until I jump through their unreasonable hoops.
Send us copies of your most private documents (that can easily be used to create a false identity and commit fraud) so we can prove you are not money laudering seems strange as I have already been allowed to (accidentally) place a trade. Surely you would need to ascertain that I was not a money launderer before I could make a trade not use it to hold my money.
The whole thing is probably legal in writing but the way it works is very underhand and I wonder if any of the EZtrader employees would send us their private documents? unlikely.
Okay, so I find this new trading platform called Ultimate4trading and create an account to have a play. The demo account is great, but when I want to activate my account, a new page with EZTrader comes up. Have you heard about this?
Like Chris, I used Ultimate4trading’s demo. I got the same impression that it was very good BUT so good that it raised my suspicions. Also I found that EZtrader was the only choice available as broker. I have now looked at as much info as I can find about EZtrader, and I am less than impressed. In fact my conclusion is that all the stuff about Ultimate4trading is a pure scam to suck the unwary into depositing real money with EZtrader which they are very unlikely to ever get back. It’s a very elaborate scam admittedly but it is a scam just the same! All the videos, interviews with Ultimate4trading inventors, so-called awards, comments by satisfied users – COMPLETE FABRICATION. Just my opinion; what does anyone else think?
Ultimate4trading auto trading software which is a total SCAM, use this broker. Also any broker that makes withdrawal so difficult cannot be trusted as they are obviously not honest. I have a pending withdrawal after repeated threats and messages to them and we will see if I actually get my money back. The minimum deposit was $200 which was minimal so I tried it and immediately noticed the auto trader alerts were way off, I would never risk such trades with my normal FX trading never mind binary, you can see the alerts are just random picks with no fancy algorithm behind them. I tried then to withdraw the money without trading and the message popped up that I needed to complete 3 trades first.
Ridiculous but fine, I very carefully ran 3 trades thru on 60 seconds with strong trends and won 2 out of 3.
Risking $25, 2 out of 3 trades only made me $11 profit, so already they lied and stole money at that point.
Based on my personal experience EZTrader.
You can not expect to make a withdrawal onece you have made a deposit or profit. What the others write is true - hey start postponing with all possible lame excuses and explanations.
In my case as I kept insisting, in the end they closed my account some days ago. The reason – their server has suposedly given me wrong quotes! Can you believe that a company whose busines is to give you quotes will have a problematic server and will make wrong over 900 quotes. The worst part is I can not clame the EURO 1802 that I had as a withdrawable balance on my accout before they closed it.

I have put a deposit of $1000usa to open a account before I summit my full application I advise them I dnt want to proceed and close my account. Is been now 2 weeks that I try to get my refund deposit. Lots of s back and front but no auction. In one they ask me to them my credit card front and back, so to refund the deposit. they had my details to refund my deposit and am still waiting.
Got hooked in by optionavigator and lost £200, tried again lost another £200. Then the phone calls began. If you deposit £1500 we will double it and give you one to one instructions, your money is safe and can be withdrawn at anytime blah blah blah. Like a mug I fell for it. Needless to say no instruction was forthcoming, tried withdrawing only to be told of the 25 x trades rule. When i told them I was advised money was safe, “we will look into it”. Months later still arguing with them. Eventually reported to Cysec who are as much use as a chocolate fire guard. After 0 months I finally got a reply from Cysec saying they had fined Eztrader but could not help get my money back and would disclose who much they were fined. Trading problems were moved entry points, at last minute they would quickly move wining post and when in a heavily trending market you could not place a deal. I’m sorry this platform is temporarily unavailable would be all you got. Strange only when they couldn’t cover your trade it happened.
I am really surprised that this site actually recommends them. Steer well clear if you want to keep your money.

I traded with eztrader several times and I had no problems, I also didn’t have any money issue. I definitely will trade again with eztrader.
Unlike what I’ve read so far, my experiences with EZTrader are more positive.
I recently signed up with EZTrader and honestly have no clue about how to trade, let alone binary options. I simply had heard about through some acquaintances and so far I’m impressed with their assistance.
I had an agent call me up and after I explained to him that I was completely new to all of this he started explaining everything from the beginning, including what a binary option is. The platform itself is very easy to use and understand as well once you get the ball rolling.
If complaining and being skeptical is your thing then I wouldn’t recommend you to use any service offered out there from anyone. Not to be rude but out of all the scams out there that should be ridiculed, it upsets me to see negative comments about a platform that is clearly not a scam.
One of the nice things I noticed about EZTrader’s platform is its Education Center. Even though I get help with what I don’t understand the center has easy and in-depth explanation for all aspects of trading. It also has free ebooks. They really have put in the extra effort.
I personally don’t understand too much about stocks. I mean I recognize the companies but I try and stick to the easier stuff for now like currencies. As I carry on, I’ll hopefully know what to do with the rest. Nice experience though, learning something new.
I don’t know why so much noise has to be made about the normalities of platforms. I’ve also had a couple of incidences where there were problems with the platform but what do you expect? To never encounter problems. Issues are resolved and you move on and continue trading. No use causing a commotion over things that are commonplace and happen.
Well, in terms of a clean site and clear sign up instructions and the fact that they are a regulated broker makes me confident enough to trade on their platform. In terms of how successful I’ll be, that we’ll just have to see.
EZTrader has the cleanest layout and clearest directions for getting your account set up in no time. The steps are clear and precise and the actual trading area is the same.
It would be nice to provide a demo for new comers. It helps to practice without real money initially though I have to add that there is a lot of training material to use and the account managers provide guidance.
This account manager at eztrader called me and explained things. He then told me to deposit € 1.000. I said I already desposit € 200 and I didn’t want to deposit more yet. I’ll be fair here. EZTrader is regulated and that’s obviously important and required by law. But they have got to make a demo version available to clients. How else can you try it out before depositing?
Prompt support, quick sign-up and very good payouts, withdrawals are within the said time-frame and I’m still trading with no problems. Maybe I’m just lucky but I do recommend them for sure.
I wouldn’t be concerned about delayed withdrawals. Sometimes they take longer than expected but it will come through. You can also check with your bank.
EZ Trader, they still owe me about $600 and they made excuse that was bonus money, which was not.
I made deposit of $4250, they freezed my balance because of inactivity for $5900, they should return my money for about $1700, but after withdrawing $1000 and wanted to close my account and withdraw the rest of the fund, they claimed that the rest of the amount was bonus.
I am still in the process of filing a complaint to Vanuatu Security Comission, and hoping to get my money back.

My withdrawal of $100 small amount was dragged on for more than 10 days shows Eztrader is desperate for your money. BEWARE for small and big investors.
Bearing in mind Extrader was suspended by CySEC in 2014 means they have not changed and merely cover-up their leopard skin and would scam you whenever possible. BEWARE also that their trading platform is unstable & their Acct Manager useless and would not help you when your withdrawal dragging too long. Better stay way from this.
